You have the option of purchasing a digital copy, a print only or choose to purchase it printed and framed. A High Resolution Digital File is also included in your purchase.

ANCESTORS INFORMATION SUBMISSION

Please click on the link below for instructions on submitting your ancestors names and information. Here you can have the option to request a short description of your surname, a nice message or quote to be included in your Family tree.

FRAMING

You have the selection of a WHITE or BLACK box frame. We send your family tree for high quality professional printing and framing. This can take 5 – 10 business days. Should you purchase a frame with your order, please request your frame colour selection in the information submission document in the link above.

Pictures of the frames used are for illustration purposes only & may vary from actual product that will be supplied.

LEAD TIME

You should receive your proof to approve via email 1 – 2 business days after we have received your order and all your ancestors information has been submitted.

Lead time can be effected based on communication time and high order volume seasons. Please ensure you are available to view and approve your proof to ensure time efficiency. Should this be a special gift during holiday seasons, please ensure you place your order in advance.

From when you are purchasing one of our family trees, time is spent on putting in all information, sending proofs as well as printing and framing. We want you to be completely happy with your Family Tree as this should be a portrait you should be proud of having up in your home or as a gift to a loved one.

• Please contact us should you have a specific deadline, we will do all that we can to accommodate you.
• As we outsource a courier service, we don’t always have control over the shipping lead time. We will try our absolute best they deliver it in the time they (Couriers) have specified.
• Should you choose to use your own couriers, please understand that we hold no responsibility of your order once it has left our premises.
