No matter how much you try to get your Family Tree going, there is simply not always the time or the available resources. It has taken 15 years for me to get my tree to where it is today and there is still so much more information out there.
I have learnt many ways to locate information from my extensive research. Should you like to order a Family Tree but you have not been able to start or complete your Ancestry, I can offer my time to help locate your Ancestors for you.
There is no time frame for how long it can take to sift through archives to locate information on an Ancestor. It can take years, months, 2 weeks, 2 days, 2 hours and if you are lucky, Just 2 minutes ! There is also no guarantee that you will even locate an Ancestor after months of trying to find them.

Starting Costs
R 250.00 per person/ancestor. This is to locate their name and any possible dates.
Refunds
Should we not locate anything within 2 business days (per ancestor), only 50% will be charged for the time spent and the other 50% will be refunded to you. I do promise that I will do everything I can in that time frame to locate them.
Information that has been found
Any documents or links of where your Ancestor was found will also be sent to you digitally for safe keeping.
Lead Time Changes
If there is more than one person that needs to be found/researched then the research time will need to be slightly extended.
Please keep in mind that should you have already ordered your family tree then this will effect your lead time of your order.
