Our family trees start from 4 generations to 6 generations starting with a single person.

We completely understand that it is easy to make a mistake in your research. At times the record has been indexed incorrectly or we find that baptisms or death records have been incorrectly filled in or names misspelt . This can happen more often than you think!

We keep all clients files so that we can correct any errors if necessary. Please send any errors that need correcting to info@genetree so that we can quote accordingly. 

You are more than welcome to add to your tree at a later date even if you have received your order. Newly recovered records are being indexed all the time, so we know new information can pop up in your research at any time.

We keep all client original trees that we have created thus making it possible to add to your tree at a later stage. Our limit is 6 generations.

We courier your orders via courier with The Courier Guy. You are more than welcome to arrange your own courier once you have received confirmation from us that your order is ready for collection.

Please note that we will not be responsible for your order once it has left our premises should you choose to use your own couriers. PLEASE SEE HERE FOR SHIPPING COSTS AND DETAILS

If you have not started your family tree or perhaps you do not have the time or resources to complete it. We can do the research for you to the best of our abilities. Please understand that information is not always guaranteed as some records are not yet available online as they are still being indexed.
